Come and enjoy the magic of Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. With four Disney theme parks – Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios & Animal Kingdom – as well as two fabulous water parks, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, you may need longer than a week to explore them all! With over 25 hotels, two night-time entertainment districts and a sports complex, in addition to the theme parks there are countless opportunities for dining, shopping and recreation.

The Magic Kingdom is where it all began, with six whimsical lands filled with beloved Disney characters to explore. You can delight in numerous magical attractions, as fairy tales come to life for all ages. Enjoy thrilling rollercoaster rides at attractions such as Splash Mountain, or gentler rides for younger children. Watch daredevil pranks, see spectacular character parades, and wonder at the spectacular fireworks that light up the sky at night.

Epcot Center, with its distinctive geometric dome, is actually two parks in one. World Showcase allows you to experience the cultures and cuisines of 11 different countries, ranging from Italy to Canada and China, with amazing cinematography, live performances and seasonal special events. Future World offers innovative attractions dedicated to space, fantasy and life under the sea.

Hollywood Studios is where action takes centre stage, immersing you in the fabulous world of movies, television, music and theatre. You can explore seven different lands, each with thrilling attractions, live entertainment and exciting adventures. Star Wars offers a family-friendly simulator ride, and children can hone their lightsaber skills at the Jedi Academy. Adults can ramp up the scare factor at The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.

Animal Kingdom allows you to go on safari and enjoy the wonders of nature. You can also experience authentic adventure and the thrills of the Expedition Everest rollercoaster. You can also explore Pandora - The World of Avatar, where floating mountains defy gravity and mystical rivers flow, or ride on the back of a mountain banshee in Avatar - Flight of Passage.

Typhoon Lagoon is a tropical paradise water park, featuring an enormous man-made lagoon with real waves. You can glide down the lazy river on a relaxing raft ride, sunbathe on the sandy beach, body surf on the waves or plunge down rushing rapids.

Blizzard Beach also has a lazy river and white sandy beach, but this water park also has a 'snow-capped' mountain. From its peak, you plummet down into the waters below on one of the tallest, fastest body slides in the world.

When it comes to choosing your accommodation, Walt Disney World Resort has over 25 different hotels, ranging from luxury to affordable and with themes varying from classic Disney, to the Pacific Northwest wilderness, Polynesian charm and Caribbean vibe. The safari-themed Animal Kingdom Lodge allows you to immerse yourself in the jungle (tip: book a room overlooking the savanna to see the animals). The Art of Animation Resort has themed areas that bring to life films such as The Lion King, The Little Mermaid, Finding Nemo and Cars. There is also a wide range of affordable accommodation outside the park.

In addition to the Disney theme parks, there are many other attractions in the Orlando region - including Universal Studios, Busch Gardens and SeaWorld. Kennedy Space Centre at Cape Canaveral is also within easy reach as a day trip.

Price is based on two adults sharing en-suite accommodation on a room only basis. Economy flights from London are included.
